About the Organization
Performance Feedback, founded by Julie Freeman, is a consulting company based in Montreal, Canada, that specializes in helping organizations to make both their formal and informal performance-communication processes more effective.
It does this by teaching managers how to use The PAF Technique to make simple yet dramatic improvements to the way that they both assess their employee’s performance and potential and give feedback to them about it.
